How we handle your data
Plain language for Precision Lift by VetSwift Solutions. No legalese maze — just what we receive, where it lives, who sees it, and when it goes away.
What we receive
For a Precision Lift run we need your last-campaign audience export and outcome fields you already have (for example responded, booked, revenue). The on-site form collects intake metadata only — trade, campaign type, approximate row count, outcome fields available, and a reply email. Do not paste customer lists or PII into the form. We send secure transfer instructions after that.
Where it lives
Campaign files transfer via a Google Drive restricted link — access-controlled storage used only for your analysis and delivery. Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms. We do not post your customer data to public links or shared demo environments.
Who sees it
Only people working your Precision Lift engagement at VetSwift Solutions. We do not share your customer file with third-party marketers, agencies, or other clients.
Subprocessors
Netlify (hosting + forms), Calendly (booking), Google Drive (file transfer).
30-day delete
Unless you are on a monthly plan (or ask us to keep files for the next run), campaign data is deleted within 30 days after delivery. You can request earlier deletion anytime by emailing us.
No resale
We never sell, rent, or license your customer list. Your data is used to produce your brief, report, Incremental Lift Verification, and six action CSVs — nothing else.
